This short story is about how Tony was told by his parents to study hard, get good grades and get a high paying job. Unfortunately, after graduated with flying colors, he realized that having good grades does not guarantee him a high paying job. He was trapped in a rat race, doing the same day-in-day-out job and worked like a dog… Worst still, he was laid off due to the recent bad economy and became jobless for many months.

One day, he stumbled upon PropertyWealthUnlimited.com on his computer. From there he learned how to get out of the rat race and become financially free by owning income producing real estates! From then on, he started investing in positive cash flow properties and expanded his portfolio from just one house, to two, four, eight, etc… Soon, his passive income was so much that he finally “fired his boss”, quit his job and NEVER HAVE TO WORK AGAIN! All his dream came true – big house, nice car, boat, travel round the world and girls! Tony lived happily ever after.

The End

I think the current instability of the economy has taught us one thing-not to depend on a job alone for financial security. These times have force a lot of us to seek new options.

You are right about this. These hard times have changed me. Someone “Moved My Cheese” as they say. Now I’m working on finding new cheese.

I think the “study hard to get good grades” philosophy seemed to be one that was extremely popular in the last 1980s to early 1990s. This was something I always heard in high school. However, I learned college is not for everyone although it can supplement school of life learning.

I heard this too, with people maybe 6 to 10 years older than me. It’s still pushed now, but I think with the advancement of the Internet other ways of making money besides going to school, getting good grades, and getting a good job are more acceptable.
